Renewal help
I needed some help with renewing my subscription. I talked to an agent, Magnus and he was very helpful. The agent was available to me within 30 seconds of my request and stayed online until I finished the process. Aces!

I have been using NordVPN to access Australian TV
I have been using NordVPN to access Australian TV. Specifically SAS Australia. As soon as I request a VPN for access it is there straight away and stays for the duration of my viewing without any issues.

I was assisted by Garfield who walked…
I was assisted by Garfield who walked me through several steps to assist my issues, it appeared to be a possible issue with my browser but either way it was resolved. I fear that this isn't the last time this will happen but I will be back if it isn't working again based on the service I have received.
