Uncommon Login Issue
I had an issue logging in but it wasn't your normal email or password issue. The regular power cycle and uninstall and reinstall didn't work so I got in contact with coby who helped me promptly figure out I needed to use a different web browser! My cache was probably too full causing the site not to redirect me back into the app. I am very appreciative of the quick response and help I received!

Some connections are slow on the…
Some connections are slow on the computer. i am sure it also physcally needs time to load everything, but on my Phone i never have any issues, so i think it also could work on the computer

Renewal help
I needed some help with renewing my subscription. I talked to an agent, Magnus and he was very helpful. The agent was available to me within 30 seconds of my request and stayed online until I finished the process. Aces!
