Easy to contact and very helpful
I was having problems with a conflict in my browser after installing NordVPN and had to contact customer support. A very easy thing to do and was put into chat with a very helpful guy called Jacob, who after checking the screenshots I sent was immediately able to spot the problem and solve it for me. Very pleased with the ease of contact and the friendly helpful way I was helped by Jacob.

I had a billing issue on my account due…
I had a billing issue on my account due to a mistake on my end. Contacted support and a representative named Enzo was able to correct it for me with ease. I have not had this sort of luck with previous VPN services before. Thanks to Enzo and NordVPN I will be staying with them for the long run.

new computer running Windows…
I have a new computer running Windows 11 pro and it would not load the Nordvpn set up. the support people were very helpful and did several things to find the problem. there effort help me to find a error in the pre installed windows set up. I fixed the corrupted file via instructions on the MS web site. Without Nordvpn guidence I don't know how it would have taken me to find the error.

Their customer service was quite good
Their customer service was quite good. I wanted to cancel because I was getting 26% speeds of my actual internet speeds even when connected to servers in my country. However a very helpful staff guy, Victor, helped me out and we carefully solved the issue together.

NordVPN gave me custom instructions to optimize performance!
I sent NordVPN a question regarding optimizing the speed on my phone. They opened a ticket for my question, sent me detailed instructions and were super fast to respond and follow up with me. And this was just a question, not a technical issue. I was very pleased and now my speed is where I hoped it would be. Great experience!
