I could not connect to VPN at all
I could not connect to VPN at all, then Eryc came from Lituania while I am in bali and he gave me the proper advise : use App cleaner.. now it works. thanks a lot Eryc

First off, Luna and Eryc are amazing and did everything they could to help me using hours of their time to try and fix my issue. I couldn't be happier with them. While the issue turned out to be ISP based, they both went through all the steps and pulled out all the stops to take care of me

Good customer service
Technical issues at sign up were a hassle but the technical agent "Eddie" did a workaround to force my account to be fully activated, advised me what to do, and got it quickly sorted for me.
