Took out 30 day money back trail and…
Took out 30 day money back trail and cancelled it within a few hours. Can't see the benefit. Robot support drove me nuts. Can't understand why business think that is so great. We are HUMANS. Work arounds to technical for me, just wanted to stream Now TV for example. Can't connect to Chromecast. Simon was very helpful in cancelling the account.

I could not connect to VPN at all
I could not connect to VPN at all, then Eryc came from Lituania while I am in bali and he gave me the proper advise : use App cleaner.. now it works. thanks a lot Eryc

First off, Luna and Eryc are amazing and did everything they could to help me using hours of their time to try and fix my issue. I couldn't be happier with them. While the issue turned out to be ISP based, they both went through all the steps and pulled out all the stops to take care of me
