I was having a problem streaming BBC…
I was having a problem streaming BBC iplayer, ITV hub and RTL+. It kept telling me I was not in the UK or Germany, even though my VPN was connected. I contacted the nordvpn customer service chat and was connected with Nova. What a lovely experience. He was so patient and assisted by telling me what he was looking for. You can't get a better VPN.
One of the best VPNs within the industry with world class security and privacy. I had a minor issue today and talked with a lovely support agent who was able to quickly and efficiently work me through the steps to mitigate/resolve the issue. Great privacy, security, everything someone would look for in a VPN. Great Company, would recommend.

Phoebe fixed an error occurred in my auto renew…
An error occurred in my auto renew (Only 1yr instead was issued instead of 1yr + 1.5 Bonus when auto renewal took affect)... A CHAT Session with Phoebe was all it took to get things resolved. *Quickly & without any Fuss*; which was both a relief and a welcome outcome in what is already a very busy day/week etc... Great customer service and great price/quality
With my subscription renewal coming up, I was a bit unhappy with the renewal price. I spoke to George in billing who gave me a great offer which I couldn't resist. Having tried different VPN services, I must admit NordVPN is the best one so far and especially for the price they are offering. Customer service (chat) is always available and people like George make it a pleasure to chat to them.
