User error that was quickly fixed by Adam
Made a mistake during the signup and thought there would be a confirmation page before the payment was submitted. That was not the case and had to reach out to NordVPN chat support. The first support rep would just give me weblinks to online instructions and articles and the provided solution would take up to two business days. Was becoming very frustrated and was about to request a refund and look at other VPN options. Fortunately I was then connected to Adam and he quickly resolved the ...
