Bonus months!
I didn't get around to double checking the subscription rates. When I rec'd the invoice for the 1yr renewal and noticed the rates were better for 2yr, I contact support. Less than 5mins, problem solved and got a couple extra months for being a long time customer. Thanks Doug!

Amazeballs
Where to even begin? I was on live chat with Luna and Britney and they were the most genuine people I have ever met on live chat. Together we managed to tackle my issue and solve it. Wonderful service and even better people. Give these people a raise!

Severe Generalized anxiety disorder
with my Severe Generalized anxiety disorder. So I can't think straight some times and Annie was able to make me understand where was my mistake for a dedicated IP, It's been over a years I was stock with that problem in my head and did many panick attack about it over the years. But now I am on pregabalin 50MG and everything work. Thanks Annie
