Kyra deserves an award, seriously
Kyra was the most helpful customer service representative I've ever chatted with. Response times were slow but I could tell she wasn't bs-ing but really trying to help me troubleshoot. I could tell she was pleasant even through chat, and my issue was resolved timely. I genuinely appreciate you Kyra, thank you so much. I don't know what I'd do without you!

Got a weird problem when i cant find my country server
Got a weird problem when i cant find my country server on the map nor the list. Tried to reach support team by instagram DM and get a response immediately. After some suggestions, the problem finally resolved! A very quick response with a very helpful suggestions.

Great Customer Service
Received good customer service when I saw them advertise a deal that as a current customer I did not see a way to take advantage of. Customer service replied almost immediately with instructions on how to redeem the discount that I was able to successfully implement. We have used NordVPN for several years and the customer services keeps us around.

Very reliable VPN service and great customer service with problem ticket and tracking over email.
The service has been great especially when traveling outside the country (both streaming and web access with no interruptions)

The chat service is of high quality
The chat service is of high quality. It felt like there was a focus on quality in answers rather than quantity. It was a big help from Erina and Lucas. I wanted to know if I could access my NAS files with the Meshnet function, I can't, but they figured it out and didn't leave me to set it all up just to get the same conclusion.
