I Ran into my first problem with Nord VPN
I was having an issue connecting to different sites that appeared to be related to Nord VPN. I contacted Nord via Chat and Bart was very helpful. With his assistance I was able to fix my issues and get back on line. He was very patient and knowledgeable.

I really like the product
I really like the product. It is useful for going to places otherwise blocked in your area and of course the privacy aspect. Unfortunately I have to cancel due to cost but Simon was very helpful in getting this done quickly for me. Thanks and I hope to be back in the near future.

Harper did a fantastic Job
Harper did a fantastic Job on helping me out with a refund issue I had. The issue was mostly connected to not being able to contact apple, but the agent did a perfect job assisting me on everything and solved the issue!

I needed a VPN for port forwarding
I needed a VPN for port forwarding. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the same day as purchase. Let me just say.. Not only is Nord an affordable VPN, but their customer service is fantastic. I spoke with Britney and she helped me through the refunding process within like 5 minutes. I never write reviews, but I genuinely had a good experience. Thank you Britney

Email drama
Apple's "Hide My Email" was a little too effective, and I couldn't get back into my Nord account. Doug on chat was patient and helpful, and I was soon up and running.

The chat service is of high quality
The chat service is of high quality. It felt like there was a focus on quality in answers rather than quantity. It was a big help from Erina and Lucas. I wanted to know if I could access my NAS files with the Meshnet function, I can't, but they figured it out and didn't leave me to set it all up just to get the same conclusion.
