Tried many other VPN providers, Nord is the best

I had tried using Express VPN and it did not work for me, it was very hit and miss and I cancelled with them. I signed up to Nord VPN about 3 years ago, and have been very pleased with the service. Ok, occassionally the VPN fails and needs to be reconnected to a different server, and sometimes you get a slow connection. I was very determined to get my money back from NordVPN as i was still in my 30-day moneyback period, but Damian was extremely helpful and fixed all of the issues I was having despite how long it took Damian kept on reconnecting with me and persisted to help me instead of pawning me off to a different agent, I am very happy with the customer service I have received from Damian, He should definitely get a raise.

Had some issues with connectivity, the chat function works very well and after typing Live Agent, immediately someone picks it up. Very helpful ladies and gentleman in the support team. Especially Brad was super helpful and did the magic. Very satisfied, recommended!
