Best experience with customer support so far
I was stuck on an annoying issue for a week but didn't decide to ask for support since support at most companies is usually frustrating. However I decided to to ask for help from NordVPNs support (using the chat at the bottom right of their website). I was connected with Timothy who walked me through a bunch of different steps to help me resolve my issues. He spent a bit more than 2 hours helping me and was very considerate and respectful. Excellent VPN and customer service
This is a great company offering a great service. I've never had any problems with their VPN across macOS, Linux, Windows, Android and iOS. When my subscription auto-renewed I contacted customer support for a refund (like I said, great service but money is getting a little tight lately) and Steve helped me get a better price on the service. I highly recommend NordVPN.

No connection in China sorted thanks to Sean
I couldn't connect as I had already arrived in China and hadn't done the necessary steps before entering the country. I got an online chat via someone else's VPN and a guy called SEAN came to my rescue. He was amazing and patient (which he needed to be with me ~ I didn't even know how to access the keychain app ~ whatever that is, and he calmly and patiently explained every step to follow).
