Awesome Chat Service!

ELITE VPN
its one of the elite VPNs around but unfortunately i bought it to stabilize my ping while playing APEX LEGENS but that didn't help me to do so. the guys from live chat support are amazing and very helpful in a matter of minutes they did all the needful to refund my payment and cancel my subscription Thanks Simon & Magnus appreciate your support ;)

Did need support, but it fixed the overall experience.
I had to reach out for the technical support, because any of the presets did cut my speed from 500Mbit to under 100Mbit. In just 5mins the person from support fixed my issue - thanks Mason! - he was very emphatic and did also skip some basic troubleshooting as I mentioned I already did all of the offered solutions. I'm so happy I can stick with NordVPN as the interface is just good-looking and now the overall-experience is just amazing. So glad that Mason did bring me on track and kept me ...

I've been using Nord for quite a few years now, it worked fine in mainland China as well in the past, which is fantastic. However I decided to explore other VPNs this year, but their customer service was just too excellent that I couldn't resist staying with them. The online assistant Noelle offered to extend my subscription for an extra 18 months for free, it was such a generous gesture from her. I would recommend Nord to anyone who's looking for a reliable VPN that works.

Works great, no complaints
The VPN has been working fine. It's fast. No complaints at all – except that (like many apps), it gets updated too much. I would like to see less frequent updates, as that starts to become time consuming.
