I am a new customer
I am a new customer, evaluating and installing NordVPN. My first installation was on Ubuntu Linux. It was not smooth or simple because of errors encountered. It is working now. What would have been a poor experience was reversed by the access to live chat that you provided. Your technician "Sid" worked with me to resolve the problems. He was helpful, polite, & knowledgeable. My first encounter with your company was positive.
