An excellent support team
The NordVPN support team has always been excellent. The chat functionality within the account section is perfect and their support people are always quick to respond and highly knowledgeable. Today I had the pleasure of talking to Lucas who was very helpful.

NordVPN - Outstanding service and support!
Had complicated connection issues on my Linux system with NordVPN and support (Sid) chatted with me and trackwd down the problem and helped to solve the issue and stayed online even after several reboots during several hours and answered all questions just perfectly. Great support, outstanding! The software and VPN service, once set up correctly, runs perfectly and plenty of servers (near my location in Europe) have almost no speed lags compared to my original ISP servers and even with the ...

Lost access, but Nord support is AMAZING
Contacted support because I completely lost my account when I sold my old phone with 2FA. Have been very worried and not sure what to do. Finding support on the website was very easy and Gabriel (Nordvpn support) helped out quickly and made sure everything was secure! Helped me get the account back and helped made sure I was satisfied completely!

Kayla ^.^ (and Miles) did a great job shedding light on all my concerns today! We just found out that we only have 3 active US dedicated IPs (when we should have 4). She helped me get that 4th and now I am just waiting to hear back for the new server/dedicated IP. Thank you so much!!! Happy weekend!

Laptop problems resolved quickly
