Was having issues with my connectivity…
Was having issues with my connectivity and was connected with Jamey in the online helpdesk department. They were very thorough and helpful. Also, very patient with me as I was working through my problems. We determined it has nothing to do with NordVPN but with my ISP. I will be reaching out to them in the near future. An excellent support team
The NordVPN support team has always been excellent. The chat functionality within the account section is perfect and their support people are always quick to respond and highly knowledgeable. Today I had the pleasure of talking to Lucas who was very helpful.

I was unable to connect to my internet…
I was unable to connect to my internet due to a proxy issue. The live chat was extremely helpful and the person on the otherside was polite and knowledgeable.

Nordvpn Support very helpful and proficient
Nordvpn Support (Aidan) was very helpful in getting me back up and running on Linux ... I was having issues connecting to any servers. After reinstalling the App using a sh curl command in the Terminal, Nordvpn installed flawlessly. A simple clearing of the Firewall and all was good. I highly commend the Support Team at Nordvpn. Well done.

Today i reached out to nordvpn support…
Today i reached out to nordvpn support and was helped by Jackson. He tried to help me diagnose my issues with an unofficial docker build. while we did not solve the issue Jackson did try and help and gave me many ideas to try and solve. After about half a dozen different attempts we both agreed to give up. Jackson did provide me information for an official build which requires a ubuntu linux which I am now attempting.
