Nord & recovering my MFA
I've used Nord fairly regularly and had no real issues. At one point after switching my phone, I lost my MFA and needed to reset it. Kyra was very helpful, but also very detailed in ensuring that I was truly the account holder, and not just someone who got access to 1-2 specific details. After verifying everything, they allowed me to reset my MFA. 10/10 they were very kind and thorough during the entire chat!
