Some questionable billing issues but Amazing customer service
I had a problem with my billing and my account not showing up correctly but a wonderful employee named Luisa helped me so much and made the entire process painless. she was nice and patient, and she walked me through everything. A+ customer service

The service works
The service works - Customer service is unmatched As a VPN does everything you want and more, I have no more need for the service and, stupidly, forgot to cancel the auto renewal. Had a live chat with Gwen, whom was extremely helpful and clear. I've honestly never had a better experience over live support Thanks all!

The update process for Linux is…
The update process for Linux is backlevel. The release deb file did not update correctly to let me install the 3.14.2 version. I only got the 3.11.0-1. Larry from the support chat was very kind and competent and provided me quickly the link to the correct release deb file and the commands to quickly reinstall the latest version of the nordvpn package. Everything works now again as expected
