Sub cancellation and retention offer
My sub auto-renewed without me asking so I went to ask to cancel and get a refund. I chatted with Evan and was offered a free extension to the subscription that made it worth keeping the service for me. Very helpful and quick service! :)

Subscription issue
I had an issue with my subscription and chatted to Victoria who was very helpful and immediately fixed my problem super fast she was amazing and pleasant to speak to. Thank you Victoria. Love using NordVPN great product and if I have any issues the support team are really responsive and quick to act. Great work guys

Ted is a rockstar!
Ted is a rockstar!! I had issue after issue and we went through them all to finally found the faulty Windows Installer that was preventing any install/update to the app... Ted is a textbook in customer service!!

Great support, strong sales
Victoria was super helpful and straight to the point. She did a great job at keeping me as their customer by literally making me an offer i could not refuse! I subscribed for an account while stuck abroad during Covid but wasn't really using my account much since being back home. I wasn't aware it would auto-renew, so i reached out to support for a refund. Support team is super talented, patient and responsive
Karson helped me with my support ticket on getting a dedicated IP setup for my account, and he was super patient and responsive. I really enjoyed the support provided. Also, Lawrence from the support team helped to troubleshoot a VPN connection issue with the dedicated IP. Lawrence knew precisely what the issue was, and the support was on-point.
