Billing issue resolved!
I received an email stating that my subscription was ending, however, I was promised a free month that would be added to my service. I had an online chat with Simon and he added on the additional month to my service without question. I will continue to use Nord VPN because of their excellent customer service.

Humans Are Better Than Chatbots
I used your online service to ask for the "Time to change your password" notification to be removed. After not getting anywhere with your chatbot, I asked to speak with a human. I was routed to Webster, who was able to assist and complete my request within 5 minutes after I sent a confirmation email. Like I told him, "That's what I call service." Well done, NordVPN.

fantastic tech support
Bonnie was extremely helpful in tech support service. I was unable to connect to any Nord servers (never had this problem before) and the answer was not found in the troubleshooting page. The problem I had required escalation beyond what the standard FAQ provides but Bonnie got to the root of the issue very quickly.
