Customer service always on top of issues!
I've been a NordVPN client for many years at this point. I've used them from countries like China and Bangladesh. What keeps me coming back is that they've always been there for me when something isn't working. They are always super professional with helping me out.

Unable to watch content
I came to unsubscribe from the service as I saw Nord does not have servers in India and I was not able to watch contents that I wanted. Joffrey was excellent in troubleshooting the issue and helped me with it. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and equally patient throughout the process. I will be evaluating for few more days, but by the flow of this experience, I am thinking to extend the subscription for far longer. Thanks NordVPN and Joffrey - the champ!

I had just downloaded Nord. I wanted to see if it was true that I could watch a TV program in my home country while aboard. I did not know how to do this. I spoke to a live person in the Chat by the name of Carl. He was really helpful. He showed me how to connect to the US. It worked. So, thank you, Carl.

Great experience
Great experience. Although I could not do everything I wanted to, she was able to guide me immediately with answers and come up with alternatives. When she hit the ceiling of her knowledge, she transferred me to another department. Thank you Talia!
