A service I wouldn't mind paying for again
Customer Service Agent Lee was quick, friendly, and to the point. There aren't many customer service agents that are this adept at handling a problem, however minor it was, but Lee proved extremely capable. 20/10, would interact with again. This experience is honestly something that will turn a one-time customer into a long-time customer. I'm not currently in need of this service, but if I were ever to require it I know exactly which company to turn to. Thank you, NordVPN!

Eryc YOU ARE AMAZING!
Getting support from Eryc, and what a guy! I've been having issues for 12 days now with sharing network from my PC to PS3/PS4 and after a good hour of his help, we managed to resolve and find a better fix for sharing network! This guy should be head manager at this rate!

I was having difficulty canceling my NordVPN subscription because apparently I signed up through Apple and it was sold through Yahoo! (confusing to say the least) so your team was unable to assist. I used the NordVPN live chat feature to speak with Silas who did an excellent, professional job guiding me through the steps to cancel my subscription via my Yahoo! account.
