Exceptional Support
I ran into an issue where I was charged although I thought that the subscription had been canceled. After reviewing my options and discussing the issues with Clara she offered me an option that worked out on both ends and allowed me to keep the subscription. Thanks for a quick and painless solution to my problem Clara!

Lost account, helpful support
Lost access to both nordvpn account and my own email address. Peter helped me a great deal to have access to my account again so I could actually use the service I have a subscription for (which is also a great service btw).

Nord login account issue
Lucas over at the NordVPN support team helped me out with an issue I had logging into my Nord account where I didn't have access anymore to the device with the authentication app I used for MFA. He helped me quickly and easily disable it on my account so I could go ahead and access my Nord account once again. It was a fast and simple process and all under 10 Minutes!

Great Customer Support
Carl chatted with me for over an hour trying to help me with connecting my TV. Unfortunately local restrictions meant this wasn't helpful but he discussed using other third party devices to help. Great service.
