Great customer service!
Great customer service! I contacted the customer service via a chat box as I needed some assistance. I was connected to a person named Simon and received all the help I needed; the issue was resolved smoothly and efficiently, all it took was a couple of messages and a few minutes. Really pleasant experience.

Excellent support. totally unexpected how fast
This is my first review ever on here. and I'm glad to do it. I can't believe how fast and smooth the chat with nordvpn and they quickly solved it. it was in regards to renewal of subscription. thanks agent Bobby

Had some issues finding a server which…
Had some issues finding a server which wasn't blocked for a specific function. Used live chat initially intending to cancel and receive refund, but they (Ethan specifically, great bloke 10/10) suggested a troubleshooting step which quickly solved my problem. Will keep the service now.

Lennie fixed my charge
Got auto-renewed but not for the same deal. Reached out to Lennie at customer service and he was able to fix it right away. I even got disconnected and Jimmy was able to connect me back to Lennie so I didn't have to go through explaining it again.

Customer server was great.
Caesar and Aiden both customer representatives help me greatly and patiently during my obscured problem. I woulda gave up on hope solving my problem through but it was solved in the end. I am really pleased and enjoy using Nordvpn
