As always I have just received exemplary customer service from Nord. I have NordVPN, NordPass and NordLocker - all on good-value 2-year subscriptions. Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! I bought Nord VPN for three machines: a ChromeCast desk-top, an Android mobile phone and a Windows PC. The first two loaded fine but I had problems with the Windows PC, so I contacted the helpline. It turned out that I had not read one of the instructions correctly and had caused a problem. The helpline staff were very clear and patient and explained how to overcome the problem. And it was all resolved very quickly.

All around the world
I do a lot of traveling and I have found that wherever I go, Nord has been reliable and, as a bonus, extremely easy to use. Since I work with three different operating systems (Windows, Linux, Android), it is nice to have a VPN that functions well across them all.
