Had a great experience with an advisor…
Had a great experience with an advisor called Maeve. I had quite a specific query that an automated system wouldn't be able to sort out but Maeve came through quickly not only with my original solution I was after but also an alternative which suited me better. Good experience!!

Instant and efficient support

Amazing customer service in a time where automated/terrible/non-existent customer service dominates the landscape
I needed a couple of extra days to make the necessary payment to continue my NordVPN subscription's active status and not only was I almost immediately able to chat with a Nord customer service representative -- an actual human being!!!! -- but he was able and willing to give me my requested 2 days of NordVPN access. Locked out of 2F-Auth App and NordVPN account
i had some issues with a 2F Authenticator App on a old mobile that got damaged and this was preventing me from enjoying a secure VPN experience both on mobile and PC as i no longer had access to the codes to login. i wasn't sure how to manually "re-add" NordVPN on a the same app on a NEW phone and i couldn't figure out the problem via my own Googles and research either. and upon signing in i wasn't given the option of using a password, it was either the 2F code or nothing.. so seemingly i ...
