Good job, Henry!
Billing department- Rep Henry helped me a lot. He was able to thoroughly review my account and fixed the problem. Other supports will just transfer me to their colleagues. But Henry took ownership and was very efficient! Made my worst day into a good one.

Unwanted automatic renewal solved
Got an automatic renewal for my plan, but at a higher price then currently available. Asked to reneg on the deal in order to renew for more or less half. Got another offer instead that I thought was agreeable. Cotomer Sevis was fast and to the point. Got helped by Aiofe.
