Oh. I am very happy to say that my assistant today (Jess) is very helpful in assisting me to go through the process of clarification of my existing subscription. I actually did make a mistake in subscribing too many services. Jess helped me see the standard plan vs my existing plan. So, Jess did cancel my existing subscription, I will get a refund. But mind you, I will apply back to use the Standard Service that Jess suggested. Jess also offer me a discount code for future subscription. ...

Love the app, and the Customer Service is top notch. Many many thanks for Martin in the CS chat for sticking with me to troubleshoot my macOS version and getting it to work!
