Kind and effective

I ,very, recently purchase NordVPN and had trouble connecting to it's application and server leading to reaching out to Customer Service. Sid guided me throughout the whole process and I couldn't be more grateful. Mind you, I do not receive this level of help by my own internet provider. Although I'm just starting to use this I can not be any happier getting NordVPN,
