Magnus - clear and efficient
Magnus was very clear on their responses and when we had issues with the chat service they made sure to repeat the texts that were missed so I get the most out of the service. They helped me a lot and I feel pleased with their service.

This is how you keep your customers!
I've been using NordVPN for several years now. A few years ago, I purchased a two-year plan. It's a great easy to use product that I've been happy with. Yesterday, the auto-renewal hit, but, at $99 a year I didn't view it as a value for my usage so decided to cancel. I got on the chat with Kasper and explained my situation and was immediately told that Nord likes to keep their customers and I was given plenty of plenty of incentive to stay. Great customer service, even on Saturdays!

great product and great customer service, first time that I use a bot and it does not drive me crazy. Then I got in touch with Mick, who was really helpful. I'll be a customer for sure next time a travel.
