Lorelai was extremely helpful with solving my issue of connection. i chatted earlier today and the rep then said it couldn't work. after i did lots of research i then chatted with Lorelai and she said it would work unless it was an android and that's when i told her it was and we worked it out. very happy!!!

Great support
I could not connect to HBO Max even with VPN becuse there is no HBO MAX in Germany. And wanted to refund my money but your support was of great help especially Karson, he helped a lot and found a solution.
