Great products backed up by great support
This has been such a great service and experience. So good in fact that I have purchased other products from Nord. I had some issues after changing my phone recently and received fantastic customer support from Norman who got me sorted straight away. Keep up the good work team.

Connecting Samsung TV
Signed up to Nord and was having difficulty getting my Samsung TV to connect, so I used the online chat function. I spoke with a guy called Carl who walked me through step by step and we got it connected! He was very patient and his instructions were very clear. Great service :-D

I bought the VPN for a month and it…
I bought the VPN for a month and it wasn't working on my PC and iPad so I thought I wanted a refund. Someone named Trixie helped me, it was difficult at first because my ISP was so restrictive but the VPN ended up working on both devices, thanks to Trixie!
