Enabling NordVPN on my iPad
Enabling NordVPN on my iPad proved challenging as every time I wanted to allow the VPN to work I was blocked by a Touch ID requirement. I notified the Nord staff who responded with helpful guidance so that now the system is operational. They were extremely helpful.

I just bought NorthVPN and I couldn’t connect with my current internet provider. I was sending a message to the Instagram of NorthVPN and replied in no time! Violet helped me.
The app on Windows required the mandatory annual password change. After that, I was not able to log into my account on my Linux OS. FQA and the chatbot were of no help. The bot suggested right out of the gate to reinstall the whole app. Violet provided me with 2 quick solutions, the second one worked and all is well now. All it took was logging in with a different command.

Great technical support on linux!
I was having trouble logging in to my NordVPN account on linux. Chatted with Lorelai and she was able to walk me through fixing the issue after looking at the logs. Great customer support.
