I was wondering why my connection was…
I was wondering why my connection was not working so I checked my VPN app. It said that my subscription expired. It was not and contacted tech support via live chat. Eugene was polite, patient and helpful. It seemed like he knew what the problem was immediately and was able to solve it quickly. Resolution was easy and painless. Thanks, Eugene!

Lost access to Google authenticator and…
Lost access to Google authenticator and backup. I received great help from Willow and Eugenia from team NordVPN, they were very helpful and very polite. After some payment evidence from my part, they disabled the MFA feature for me. Many thanks!

Excellent customer service
Contacted customer service through LiveChat. I was quickly connected to a human being (Lorelai) who guided me through a rather complicated fix for my setup for my Linux machine. Very kind, competent, and useful indeed.

Recently had multiple issues with connecting Apple TV, BBC iPlayer, Channel 4 and HULU via SmartDNS
