Not much more I could ask for with excellent Customer Service
Excellent customer service with knowledgeable people. I was receiving an error 500 when attempting to renew my membership (previously a 3 year user) and chatted in to talk with Jordan. After some initial troubleshooting steps like clearing cache, trying a different browser, etc. it was determined to be a technical error on the Company's side. Was easily able to attach screenshots with the error and given a timeframe of a few hours- which isn't a big deal whatsoever. For the troubles I got a ...
