Brad was fantastic. Took his time to help me figure out the problem I was having. Even though the first fix didn't work he sat with me until we were able to get my issue resolved.

The Best VPN service available !
Had contacted Nordvpn this evening about my subscription expiry on 27th of Sept 2023 ( which was just renewed on 18 Aug 2022. I was so fortunate to have a chat with Jacob who had kindly amended my subscription and given me additional 18 months for free , being a faithful customer of Nord VPN ! Cannot get a better deal than this? can we ? I would strongly recommend anyone using this incredible service ! Alan

I couldnt download from Torrent and use GNS3 for lab
I couldnt download from Torrent while connected to Nord VPN, and couldnt use my GNS3 lab it had me an UDP port error. So I contacted Nord VPN support. Jacob from support suggested me to re-install the Nord VPN which fixed the issue. Thank you.

Customer service rep was an Angel
I wish I had remembered to ask for their name but my customer service rep turned a stressful situation getting a refund into a fast and easy experience. Super quick and friendly support, I wish them the best whoever they were 🙌

Had some issues with my connection to…
Had some issues with my connection to certain regions. Astred helped me a great deal in under 5 minutes. Solved it right away. I was thinking about leaving Nord before this, but thanks to Astred I'll be staying.

I've had nordvpn for 3 years
I've had nordvpn for 3 years, been very happy with it. Software is incredibly easy to use and seamless across devices. Speeds are good and they offer many servers all across the globe. I recently logged in to resubscribe with a promotional offer and accidently ordered an additional year at full price.
