I talked to support agent Enzo…
I talked to support agent Enzo regarding my subscription, which ended way before it should have. Enzo ensured there would be an investigation of my sub plan and then came back and told me i was right, there were an system error with my sub plan. Enzo is for sure the best, thank you sir.

Subscription renewal support
I had an issue with my subscription renewal. The renewal notice email I received was not consistent with the plan I had previously signed up for with a NordVPN agent. I chatted with Evan and his support in resolving this issue was quick and responsive. Great support!

Service is superb
Service is great. Never have a problem when using the app. I forgot I had auto renewal on and was charged. I went for a refund. They were going to do it but Evan offered an extra 18 months of service free if I kept the plan. I've loved using the service for the past two years over my old VPN so I took him on that offer and kept my plan. Overall I am very satisfied with NordVPN

Customer Service/VPN Service
I had decided on Refunding, not because of the VPN but because I had second thoughts about my purchase. Evan (Customer Service) helped me with the refund and was very understanding of the situation and had a great response time! I would highly recommend this VPN as it's very easy to work with and their Policy for newcomers are great.

Irritating router VPN connection problem solved.
I've struggled with a very irritating NordVPN connection issue for some time. Basically, my secondary router running DD-WRT wouldn't let its Open (Nord) VPN client connect to my preferred server using Nord's recommended DNS addresses. By leaving the DNS fields blank or using Cloudfare's, I could connect, but neither were useful because the VPN's functionality was compromised. Willow helped me get the process started for setting up my dedicated IP address. They were very professional and helpful during that process. I liked that I did not have to repeat any of my information in the chat. I could tell they were being attentive to what I was saying during the interaction.
