Great customer service
Great customer service just now from Nathaniel at NordVPN. He helped me reset my multifactor authentication via the web chat. He was patient and efficient - couldn't ask for more from a tech support person!

Kayla on live chat is incredible!
I was completely new to using a VPN and although I had a basic understanding of how it works, I was having an absolute nightmare activating the SmartDNS feature. Kayla spent the best part of an hour with me on the live chat talking through loads of troubleshooting options until we finally cracked it. She was friendly and helpful, while still being super professional and I can't thank her enough for her patience and support in getting this sorted out!
