So far, they've never failed me.
I've been with NordVPN for a number of years now. I've had some pretty arcane connection issues in that time; but their tech support has always been able to fix them, with minimum time on hold. If the other tech support outfits on this planet were as effective, we'd be a big step closer to world peace.

Great customer service
I was about to request for refund as I didn't use VPN much as I did before, but Clara (customer service agent) helped me with a great deal without any pressure with fast response time. Then I changed my mind to take that offer.
