I recently experienced a billing issue and decided to try the live chat for a resolution. Evan was courteous and quick to resolve the issue. Further more, he fully understood the problem and communicated very well throughout the entire process.

Problems with home IP
I had some problems with my IP, as it didn't switch back to my home IP. A really nice guy immediately helped me and after a short and quick chat we solved the problems :)

I had a connectivity/boomer brain…
I had a connectivity/boomer brain issue, and a tech named Lorelai helped me get going. She was fast, efficient and kind, as well. Top-drawer. Give her a raise. Take her to dinner. Pad her 401k.
