Claire was helpful and very fast. I'm not even a customer but was contacting them because my card was stolen and charged by NordVPN. They helped me confirm that it was a fraudulent account and issued a refund. So helpful and easy. Love it!

I just want to say what a fantastic experience I had with a gentleman named Miles from Nord vpn, it’s being a long time since I’ve come across someone like Miles who bent over backwards to help me answer all of my question honestly nothing was to much trouble we must of chatted for at least 45mins. Was having issues connecting to the vpn
Was having issues connecting to the vpn and when connecting lost Internet connection. Contacted customer care live chat and was connected tk Bonnie. Bonnie gave some troubleshooting tips which didn't work and stated maybe more than 6 connections are using the same logs. I logged out and renewed my subscription on my own logs/account and it worked fine now I'm connected again everything is working fine. Thanks to Bonnie. God Bless you.

Outstanding customer service from Baxter
Was having trouble connecting to my VM through the NORD VPN. Baxter was patient and thorough and would not give up until it was solved even if I wanted to. Could not be more pleased with the customer service!
