Billing Issues
I worked with Aoife when I inadvertently created a duplicate account that I had no information about. Aoife was able to combine the accounts into one account and relieve a very stressful situation. Even though I am old school and would have rather talked with a "live" person, this process was all done through Nord's chat system. Thanks for your help Aoife.

Very satisfied
I've tried several VPN services before but NordVPN is, by far, the fastest and most comprehensive (for my needs). I've experienced issues with selected payment method but Aoife, who was assisting me with the issue, had great attitude and provided prompt and accurate information to help me quickly resolve the problem.

Khai helped me immensly via live chat!
Khai helped me immensly via live chat and solved connection issues where amazon firestick BT sport app, and the BT sport app on ipad, stopped working whilst I was in France, as these apps only work in the UK. Khai told me how to solve the problems and they worked and now I am watching Man United about to beat Leicester!

I assumed that my outdated payment…
I assumed that my outdated payment method means that it won't be possible to charge for another year. I was wrong and I got charged. 90$ is a bit much for me right now, so I contacted service desk via live chat. Almost instantly Nathaniel received my chat, immediately responded to my questions and suggested solution. I was ready to cancel my subscription, but his offer was good so I'm still here.
