Polite, Friendly and Informative
Customer support was quick, concise and able to provide helpful information, as well as being friendly and patient about it. The process did not take long, and we were able to take, what was originally a refund request, and turn it into a dedicated IP submission.

Best costumer support ever is literally an understatement
hi, costumer support person Maeve was SO helpful. it was kind of an easy question yeah yeah but still so kind she is so responsive as well, so me expecting to be put on hold for 15 minutes lol make that 1.5 seconds so basically, best costumer support ever? nah even better than that. Thanks

I had issues with my Nord account…
I had issues with my Nord account stating my account was no longer active and had expired. I had actually paid through my account with Apple. I contacted Nord and spoke with Doug, He had me back up and running within a few minutes. I would definitely recommend Nord and their support team. Thank you Doug for all your help! Sherri
