Dean was great. He tried to help me with my financial situation as it related to my VPN subscription. Although I could not partake in the deal he was providing me at this time, Dean did provide a great offer that was better than the advertised promotions. So have confidence in reaching out to NordVPN's live support and ask for DEAN, if you can.
