NordVPN suddenly stopped it's ability to change countries, so I contacted support. They got back to me the next day with a solution which worked. I'm happy with NordVPN and with it's support system.

I myself have been a chat support rep for 5 years and can tell you that I am definitely not the easiest customer to deal with.. Not to Jess though! She made my experience feel like a Chick-Fill-A drive through! Fast, effective, friendly and professional! Jess should be THE STANDARD.

I was having connectivity issues
I was having connectivity issues on my wifi devices, firesticks. Ned helped me and gave me some servers to try. First shot it worked. Ned was very efficient, patient and quick to respond back. I'm up and running.
