The help staff have the patience of saints!
I was having a hard time downloading the app for PC because I refuse to not use Chrome and it kept telling me the site was not secure. But the wonderful helpdesk people stuck with me and finally helped me install Nord directly on my router - which is really what I wanted more anyway!

The awesomest chat support experience ever!
The tech rep Jarvis was very patient with me. He took me over step by step to troubleshoot my speed problems. We finally found the issue and through the entire process he has been polite and thorough. I wish everyone is lucky enough to get him on the chat.

I was having connectivity issues
I was having connectivity issues on my wifi devices, firesticks. Ned helped me and gave me some servers to try. First shot it worked. Ned was very efficient, patient and quick to respond back. I'm up and running.
