Excellent customer service!
Even though I don't need a VPN right now and cancelled my account (not because I was not satisfied with it, simply because I had only wanted to try it out and realized I don't really need a VPN for now), my experience with NordVPN in general, and the costumer service live chat agents in particular, was excellent. Just a quick word about NordVPN…
Just a quick word about NordVPN customer service. I had an issue with one app on my Android TV not behaving as expected via the VPN. I used the online chat service and was helped by Caesar. He was extremely dedicated to sorting out the issue and very patient in guiding me through the steps to get it resolved. In the end we did get it resolved, although neither Caesar nor I was completely sure what we did to fix it. It's possible that the issue was actually caused by a blip in the service ...
