Great quick & professional support!
Had problem installing VPN client on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. After a quick and professional session with Zack, client was finally installed and working!

NordVPN would not connect
NordVPN would not connect. I got Garfield who asked what the problem was and appropriately assigned me with a connection tech named Brad. Brad was very patient and waited for my file to get sent over since a ticket did not generate. Brad fixed the issue and then transferred me to Zac in case I had any other issues. This was done quickly and correctly!
