NordVPN has once again provided a class A response to questions / issues with their latest roll-out. If your banking institution cannot be reached with the default server just let them know and they will provide you with the required server information.

I just changed computers and Nord vpn asked me to choose a plan and pay for service. I chatted with a kind and courteous rep named Evan. He was extremely professional and most importantly very patient. The issue was resolved without me having to pay for a new subscription. Kudos to Evan for resolving my issue in a timely manner and at first contact.
