I contacted the help chat when I had login issues on my app
I contacted the help chat when I had a problem logging in, and needed to update my app. I was very quickly transferred to Annie, who specialised in the issue I was having, and within a couple of minutes the issue was resolved. Super quick, really helpful!

excellent service
Had a few problems at first as my windows device could not connect to the servers. Live Chat with Carl was succesful as only the protocoll had to be switched to TCP. Excellent service and now everything works like it should do.
